As the hotel is one of the best in Marsabit Town and it has been in high demand for both conferencing and accommodation and in order to maintain this we focus on constant market analysis. We are constantly analyzing our competitors and also looking within our organization for ways to better the hotels.
Marketing
The marketing strategy, which has been our key to our success, includes introducing the hoteland its products to the NGO and Government department clusters through letters and web- based advertisements. One on one introductions with selected institutions are undertaken toexplain competitive edge of the hotel. Research & Development is undertaken continuously to ensure the project success, continuity and to manage the challenges such as water/environment.
